Monthly 1-2 People	$500.00/month + Electric
Add for each additional person over 12 years	$ 3.00/night Discount Rate $ 3.00/night Daily Rate $ 2.00/night Monthly Rate

Check-in time: 1:00 P.M.

Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.

Sorry, no tent camping, no outside enclosures and no open burning allowed.
For extended stay no RV's or trailers older than 15 years.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations, must be received at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations received within 48 hours of your arrival date will result in a credit card charge of one full night's rental.

No Shows: If you do not show up and you failed to notify us in compliance with our Cancellation Policy you will be charged on full night's rental.

Early Departures:

No refunds or price adjustments.
